Attitude:
| Attitude is everything. Bad
attitude will not be tolerated. Good attitude is a must.
The players must demonstrate that they are coachable at
all times. |
| The player and her
family should encourage good sportsmanship from fellow
players, coaches, game officials and parents at all times. |
| The player and her family should be generous when the team wins and
be graceful when the team loses. |
| The player should play the game for the game’s sake.
The player should be fair always no matter what the
cost and obey the laws of the game.
The player should exercise self-control and resist the
temptation to retaliate. |
| The player should know the difference between right and wrong and
always try to do the right thing. |
| Regardless of the outcome of the game, the players should line up
and exhibit good sportsmanship by shaking hands with the
players from the opposing team.
The parents should form a support line to thank the
players for their efforts. |
| The parents who are not members of the coaching staff must be on
the opposite side of the field from players during games. |
| The
player should believe in the concept of teamwork.
The players should learn how to work together toward a
common goal and how to play as a team.
Selfishness will not be tolerated |
| The player should not exhibit any signs of dissent with the coach
when she is substituted with another player during games |
