Respect:

The player should follow the three R’s.  Respect for herself, respect for others especially coaches, referees, parents, teammates, and opponents, and responsibility for all her actions.  The player should think before she acts and should be accountable for her choices.

The player should not make negative comments to her coaches, her teammates and their families, players of the opposing team or their spectators, and game officials.

The player should use good manners and proper language.

The player should deal peacefully with anger, insults, and disagreements.

The parents should support the players but let the coaches only do the coaching.  The team will not be coached by a committee.  The parents should respect coaching decisions, which are solely at the discretion of the coach such as the team roster, line up, and substitutions.

The parents should provide encouragement for each player on the field, not just their own child.

The parents should not enter the playing field for any reason unless requested by the coach or official in case of a severe injury.

The parents should inform the coach in advance of any medical problems that their child may have.

Players with asthma should bring their asthma inhaler with them for each practice and game.
