Lady Cats Purple and White teams compete in the Wildcat League Soccer
The Flint Hills Soccer Club 13-and-under Lady Cats Purple and White teams resumed their Spring-2006
Wildcat League season last two weekends in Manhattan.
In their first game, the Lady Cats Purple lost to the Salina Boomers 4-0. In game two, the Lady Cats
Purple defeated the U-14 Hays Storm 3-0. Lindsy Ekart scored two goals and Susie Jimenez added one goal
for the Lady Cats with assists from Sandra Okot-Kotber, Annissa Durar, and Arianna Levin. Jackie Gonzalez
played goal keeper and was credited with the shutout. Last weekend, in game three, the Lady Cats Purple
lost to the U-14 Hays Storm 2-1. Ekart scored the lone goal for the Lady Cats with an assist from Okot-Kotber
The Lady Cats Purple team is now (3-2-0) for the season.
In their first game, the Lady Cats White tied the LASC Freedom 1-1. Jimenez scored the lone goal for the
Lady Cats with an assist from Kelly Thomson. In game two, the Lady Cats White tied the U-14 Hays Storm 1-1.
Jimenez scored again the lone goal for the Lady Cats with an assist from Thomson. In game three, the Lady
Cats White lost to the Salina Boomers 3-0. Erin Hickman played goal keeper during the third game and was
credited with six saves. Last weekend, in game four, the Lady Cats White defeated the McPherson Strikers 2-1.
Thomson and Jimenez each scored one goal for the Lady Cats with assists from Raychel Gadson and Amy Stockton.
The Lady Cats White team is now (1-3-2) for the season.
