Lady Cats U-13 and U-14 teams kick off their Fall-2006 Wildcat League Soccer Season
In their first game, the FHSC U-13 Lady Cats defeated the FHSC Yellowjackets 3-1. Onyeka Ehie scored twice and Amy Stockton added one goal for the Lady Cats with assists from Sarah Tatarko, Faith Herrera, and Kelly Thomson.
In game two, the FHSC U-13 Lady Cats blanked the LASC Blue Lightning 5-0. Stockton scored the first goal with an assist from Annissa Durar. Herrera scored the second goal from a penalty kick. Tatarko, Thomson, and Durar each added one goal for the Lady Cats with assists from Durar, Ehie, and Tatarko. The shutout was credited to goal keeper Chloe Weston.
The Flint Hills Soccer Club 14-and-under Lady Cats team also opened its Fall-2006 Wildcat League season.
The FHSC U-14 Lady Cats lost its first game to the LASC United Force 2-0 and its second game to the Emporia Raptors 7-0.
In game three, the FHSC U-14 Lady Cats lost to the Emporia Arsenal 2-1. Sandra Okot-Kotber scored the lone goal for the Lady Cats with an assist from Kelsey Estep.
In game four, the FHSC U-14 Lady Cats blanked the LASC Patriots 4-0. Susie Jimenez scored twice and Lindsy Ekart and Emily Lowman each added one goal for the Lady Cats with assists from Ekart, Chinazo Ehie, Michelle Hafer, and Kylie Rupe. The shutout was credited to goal keeper Jackie Gonzalez.
