The Flint Hills Soccer Club 13-and-under Lady Cats team went (2-1-1) and placed third in the U-13 Girls Division of the Mason Wedel Memorial Soccer Tournament that took place in Hutchinson on April 21-22, 2007.
In their first game, the FHSC U-13 Lady Cats defeated the Wichita River City Lady Titans 3-0. Sarah Tatarko scored twice and Faith Herrera added one goal for the Lady Cats with assists from Annissa Durar, Courtney Evans, and Amy Stockton. The shutout was credited to goal keeper Chloe Weston.
In game two, the FHSC U-13 Lady Cats blanked the Salina Zoom 4-0. Herrera, Onyeka Ehie, Durar, and Evans each scored for the Lady Cats with assists from Amy Stockton, Bree Busch, Katroya Jones, and Sarah Dodge. The shutout was credited to goal keeper Weston and the defense line of Amy Stockton, Hanna Ruder, Tegyn Perkin, Paige Zafran, Ranim Altamimi, and Jessie Niemeyer.
In game three, the FHSC U-13 Lady Cats won their bracket and advanced to the semi-finals after a 0-0 tie with the LASC Blue Lightning.
In semi-final game, the FHSC U-13 Lady Cats lost to the LASC Patriots 1-0.
The FHSC Lady Cats U-13 team has an overall winning record of (6-2-1)
The FHSC U-14 Lady Cats went undefeated (5-0) and won the championship of the U-14 Girls Division of the TRYSA Scott Hummel Classic Soccer Tournament conducted in Emporia on April 28-29, 2007.
In the first game on Saturday, the FHSC U-14 Lady Cats defeated the Wichita Air Capital Freedom 2-0. Sandra Okot-Kotber and Susie Jimenez each scored one goal for the Lady Cats with assists from Kelsey Estep and Katy Van Nevel. The shutout was credited to goal keeper Jackie Gonzalez.
In game two on Saturday, the FHSC U-14 Lady Cats blanked the Wichita Crush 6-0. Okot-Kotber scored a hat trick, Jimenez scored two goals, and Bailey Zimmerman added one goal for the Lady Cats with assists from Claire Lowman, Lindsy Ekart, Emily Lowman, Jimenez, Durar, and Tatarko. Gonzalez played goal keeper and was credited with shut out.
In game three on Sunday, the FHSC U-14 Lady Cats defeated the McPherson Strikers 2-1. Okot-Kotber and Ekart each scored one goal for the Lady Cats with two assists from Jimenez
In the semi-final game, the FHSC U-14 Lady Cats defeated the LASC Freedom 5-1. Jimenez and Ekart each scored two goals and Okot-Kotber added one goal for the Lady Cats. The assists came from Emily Lowman, Zimmerman. Amy Stockton, Jimenez, and Durar.
In the Championship game, the FHSC U-14 Lady Cats defeated the Wichita Air Capital Freedom 1-0. Zimmerman scored the lone goal for the Lady Cats with assist from Emily Lowman. The shutout was credited to goal keeper Gonzalez.
