
The Flint Hills Soccer Club 11-and-under Lady Cats went 2-2 in the U-12 Division of the Sunflower State Games 3v3 Soccer Tournament in Topeka over the weekend.
In the first game on Saturday, the Lady Cats defeated the Lawrence Great Attitude 6-3. Arianna Levin scored a hat trick, Susie Jimenez added two goals, and Rachel Lease contributed one goal for the Lady Cats.
In the second game on Saturday, the Lady Cats lost to the Topeka Hurricanes 3-0
In the third game on Sunday, the Lady Cats blanked the Topeka select Sky 8-0. Sarah Tatarko and Jimenez each scored two goals, Annissa Durar, Lindsy Ekart, Lease, and Levin each added one goal for the Lady Cats.
The Lady Cats lost their chance to advance to the playoff in a shootout tiebreaker with the Lawrence Stars.
