Lady Cats Purple and White teams kick off their Fall-2005 Wildcat League Soccer Season
The Flint Hills Soccer Club 13-and-under Lady Cats Purple and White teams opened their Fall-2005 Wildcat League season last
weekend in Manhattan with a pair of games each.
In their first game, the Lady Cats Purple tied the U-13 Salina Boomers 3-3. Annissa Durar scored twice and Susie Jimenez added
one goal for the Lady Cats with assists from Arianna Levin, Kelsey Estep, and Jimenez.
In game two, the Lady Cats Purple defeated the U-14 Topeka Hurricanes 4-2. Jimenez scored a hat trick and Levin added one goal
for the Lady Cats with assists from Sarah Tatarko, Chinazo Ehie, Erin Eckels, and Jimenez. Jackie Gonzalez and Sandra Okot-Kotber
played goal keepers during the game and were credited with three saves each.
In their first game, the Lady Cats White defeated the U-14 Hays Storm 2-1. Jimenez and Kelly Thomson each scored one goal for
the Lady Cats with assists from Okot-Kotber and Katy Van Nevel. Erin Hickman played goal keeper during the game and was credited
with five saves.
In game two, the Lady Cats White lost to the U-13 Topeka Prodigy Pegasus 4-1. Jimenez scored the lone goal for the Lady Cats
with an assist from Faith Herrera
